Shipping Policy

  • All successful orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery. – Are we able to provide a tracking number?

  • If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us at customer.support@norisia.com with your order number.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, first check with neighbours or your local courier. If still not resolved, report this within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Norisia is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unopened, sealed, and undamaged in their original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.
  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any Norisia product.
  • If multiple units were purchased, the guarantee applies to one unit only. Additional unopened units can still be returned for a refund.
  • Email customer.support@norisia.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
  • Securely repackage the items and send them back to the address provided.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue.
